Q: does a landlord have to notify in writing plans to sell the property. she sent me a text message, is that legal?
She sent a text saying that this was my 30 day notice that they plan to sell and to expect to hear from a realtor. A realtor sent a text asking to come the next day. What happened to the 30 days and shouldn't I get something in writing? Rent is paid until June 1st so can I wait until then to let them in to take pictures?
