Q: my fiance is facing time on dv with previous relationship.i just found out we are pregnant

charges he is facing domestic violence assault with deaddly weapon,2 account of child endangerment,violation of protection order,and running charges on proation.he was on the run for a year because he missed a ua and they were revoking his bond.he is now in jail facing trial and just found out we are expecting a child and i have 2 from previoua relationship that call him daddy .can that help him in anyway will the judge take it into consideration
