A: Since you are a NJ resident, you must file in NJ. Whether or not she accuses you of adultery, it is irrelevant to all financial issues. There is also a very large difference between accusing someone of something and being able to successfully prove it in a Court of law. To properly answer your questions and address your concerns, the best way to handle this is by retaining an experienced matrimonial attorney. Good luck.
