Fort Myers, FL asked in Family Law for Florida

Q: If the father don't abide by what is written in an order do I then have to abide by it as well

I was granted to move from nj to fl with my daughter. The father has to provide proff of daycare for 6 weeks summer stay. This info is to be mailed to me 4 weeks before my daughter is to go fly out and visit . What recourse do I have if he fails to send the appropriate information 4 weeks prior to her flying out for her six-week visit? Do I still need to send my daughter

A: This appears to be a question which should be asked in the New Jersey section, if the order was issued by a New Jersey court. And it is also unclear as to what you mean by "proof (I assume you mean) of daycare". Is the father supposed to arrange daycare for the daughter during the 6-week visitation? Run it by your New Jersey attorney, but I suggest that you advise him that, as he has failed to supply the court-ordered proof, you will assume that he doesn't intend to exercise his right to visitation. See what he says.
