Q: I was in a car accident where I was the passenger in a car and the driver was drunk.

I was in a car accident where I was the passenger in a car and the driver was drunk. He said he was going to race the car next to us and that's when I asked to be let out of the vehicle. He kept the doors a d windows locked and proceedes to speed up. We then crashes and have both been hospitalized. He has no insurance and it wasn't his car. We both are underage and have been hospitalized. What legal actions can I take against him?

A: You really need to speak with a member of the Ohio Trial Lawyers Assn/Assn for Justice. They give free consults. You need to apply for medical assistance if you don't have health insurance or have a large deductible. You have issues that need to be addressed with a lawyer before you speak with insurance companies.
