Q: Can i get my workers compensation moved from indiana to Pennsylvania?

Each state has its own workers' compensation laws, so claims cannot simply be transferred from state to state. That does not necessarily mean that you can't move from state to state and still receive benefits. I am not proficient in Indiana Workers' Compensation Law, so I can not say one way or another whether Indiana has restrictions that would affect your benefits if you moved to Pennsylvania.
In addition, it is possible that a particular claim could be viable in more than one state. For example, if you were a traveling employee based primarily in Pennsylvania who was injured while performing work in Indiana, you may be able to pursue a claim in either state, but not both at the same time.
