Q: Can a attorney file a untruth answer

is it against the law for an attorney to file within the court. that an answer was electronically served. buy actually the plaintiff was not sign up to accept electronically

my daughter is doing a pro per case and the defendant has pass the 21 day to answer. So on the 29th day, the attorney put that information on the courts clerks docket. Also in the mail was sent to the defendant that they has reach to a default judgment.
