Q: can You take someone to court for selling you a dangerous milk cow if they refuse to buy it back?

2 months ago my wife and I bought a family milk cow, they told us they were selling her due to poor production compared to their other cows. We believe this to not be true. After two months we still cannot get anywhere near here without her pawing the ground or charging us. We have spent a lot of time with her and had trainers come out but nothing has changed. She is a very dangerous cow and we do not feel safe with her around us or on our property. We also have two small children and if they ever got out and went to her, there is no doubt in my mind that she would kill them. Having the cow makes us fear for our safety. Is this a good enough case to take the sellers t court if they refuse to buy her back?

A: It is a possibility. There are a lot of unknowns. I recommend that you contact a lawyer. A lawyer that specializes or has knowledge in agricultural law is preferred.
