A: Congratulations on your upcoming marriage. I suggest you speak with an immigration attorney directly in order to discuss a number of relevant factors, i.e. when is marriage, history of F1 holder, where in Texas you are, any prior marriages or petitions for immigration from either side and many more. I also suggest using a lawyer to complete your paperwork and it's not because we "lawyers" want to make money; rather, we see far too many problems that arise later whether during this petition or one to obtain citizenship, etc. The consequences can be dire and heartbreaking from just simple mistakes. Most lawyers charge reasonable fees for their services and you are not just paying for them to prepare a petition, you are paying for the years of education and experience they have obtained and knowing how to apply it in each situation.
