i was railroaded into a deal, for something didn't do. they had all the evidence that would that could prove it. my public defender helped, when he said unethically advised me to do take the plea or I would do 3 to 5. so i need to sue the county of riverside and the prosecuter for prosicurial misconduct, the public defender's boss for eneffective assistance, , you cant sue him. plus im sending all this this to the attorney general. this case was sitting in riverside for a year and this fbi agent called them and said i fit the desrciption. the desciption of the suspect. the suspect everyone desrtbed was 5'1 to5'3 and the eye witness said she got a glance at the suspect. i want this off my record and everyone to get what they are supposed to get .
