Q: Removing my name from a house
I got divorced in 2009 my ex-husband was awarded the home and all of the debt in an agreement that he would within two years get my name off of the house he's still not done that he owes me $20,000 in back child support and alimony and I want to know what I can do to get my name off the house
A: Did you transfer your interest in the house to your ex-husband already? If so, then your name should already be off the house.
