Q: Closed WC case. Claimant is treated for ongoing issues due to original injury. Is the WC carrier obligated to pay?

Claimant was injured in 1985. The WC carrier closed the case in 2014. Claimant referred to specialist 6/26/2016 due to ongoing problems related to the original 1985 injury
