Q: Can I have someone prosecuted for tricking me into getting car?

I have know this man going over a year. He talked into getting car saying it was mines. Since I didn't have license he'll drive me where ever I needed to go. He has withdraw over 20 grand from back and paid rest with my debit card. He had his brother put car on his name. Said once o get license he switch into my name. Now he's gone. What can do to have him prosecuted or justice.

A: This is really a civil matter to sue him for the money/car back. The state is likely not going to spend it's resources on this unless you can prove how he withdrew money from your account unless he was on it too; which is not a crime then but a civil matter to sue for the money taken.
