Q: I need to revist a motion filed in june 2016, and a hearing from june 30 that i was never informed of and didnt know of

My exhusband filled a motion in june 2016, and a hearing was set on June 30. I never recieved notice of motion or hearing. I saw it on the court websit on july 27 but my attorney at the time was out of country. When she returned in August she swears she never was notified either and her office never cleared the hearing date. She resigned from my case on Aug 16 but did not file anything to revisit the june motion or hearing. I am now representing my self and wish to present my case on the motion since my exhusband made some serious but false accusations and i was not at the hearing due to never recieving the motion or notice of hearing. But there was an order issued by the judge to put both my 13 and 15 year old in a summer program and i never recieved the order and now my ex is planning on fileing contempt against me. I finnaly recieved copies of the motion and order on Aug 15 from the guardian ad litem. So what do i need to file to revisit this motion?

A: Move to strike the order. Support your motion with an affidavit setting for the facts you have described here.
