Q: How can I request a hearing after I recieved a letter ordering me to pay child support to prove paternity
I recently recieved a letter that orders me to pay child support. I would like to prove paternity because the mother claims that the child is not mine and refuses to let me be a parent to my son and doesnt allow me to have any visiting rights. I should not have to pay child support if I am not the parent.
I recieved letters from the child support enforcement and the Florida deparment of revenue
