Asked in Immigration Law

Q: I got deported about a year ago for working with an ESTA, I need some advice whether or not I should ask for a waiver.

I got caught on the airport on the way to the US, they found my phone and saw some msg from my boss, they said I couldn't enter the States 'cause they were sure I would do it again.

A: Not likely that you'll get a waiver for quite a while. Give it about 6 months. You will need proof of home country residency, employment and solid reasons for travel to USA, the next time you apply.
