my husband got 2 years green card through me. I got pregnant by accident with my friend when I went to the party. I dont want to abort the baby and not want to leave my husband. once my baby is born I want to put my friend name on the birth certificate. does it affect my husband when I renew the green card?
A: One way or another, in order to remove the conditions on his residence at the end of two years, your husband will have to prove to USCIS that he entered into marriage with you in good faith. His burden will be more difficult in this instance, but it is not necessarily impossible. When it is time for him to apply to remove conditions, he needs to hire an immigration attorney to help provide a strong, complete application.
