Leesburg, FL asked in Child Custody for Florida

Q: I have full custody of my son court ordered but maternal grandmother has half brother and says she will sue

I received full custody of my son when he was removed from mother by court order. His half brother was place with their maternal grandmother. We had been allowing my son to over to visit with his brother until grandmother became agressive to my wife for us not allowing more time...we offered for 1/2 brother (who was in our care during dcf and court proceedings) to come visit my son here at my house. She is threatining to call dcf and sue for visitation right to make my son go and visit with his 1/2 brother. Is this allowed? We don't want him going to her house anymore and don't think it is good for him.
