Luther, OK asked in Car Accidents for Oklahoma

Q: SF took truck and did not pay you or you sign anything oking them taking truck. Say truck is totaled you cant have it.

Is it legal SF picked up truck for valuation then went lower. They took truck July 29. Aug. 1 said they would not bring it back it will be totalled. Aug 3rd went from $4300 to $3700 It is a 93 dodge diesel. Aug 8th said if you want to buy it back take my offer. I am 3rd party victim. Called CCC the 23rd they said SF did not do a valuation. SF will not respond to emails just said on phone truck is rash and I would not pay this much for it. On one call said they done got rid of truck. Then said you have to take my offer if you want to buy it back. I said it is a diesel and just the motor on the ground is worth $4000. She said she did not know it was a diesel.
