Q: I want to leave my brokerage can I keep my contacts or is broker entitled to them?
Also holding license due to suppose pending transaction but documents with buyer were never sign.including offer letter and disclosure
A: It will depend on whatever agreements you signed. If there are none you can keep contacts.
A: I'd need to see the agreement(s) you signed with the brokerage and the methods you used to gain the contacts. Speaking very generally everything prior to becoming affiliated with the broker is your own, if you signed a confidentiality agreement with them and non-compete you likely gave them the rights to all contacts you gained during your affiliation with them.
