Put what I owed in their credit. Can they do that since they were minors when I rented and when I left?
A: Unless your children have, after they turned 18) agreed to be responsible for your debt (It appears that you specifically mean your lease payments), not, it is not the debt of your children. Tell the collection agency, in writing, to fix their records.
