A: There is no such thing as a quick divorce. All divorces move along the same process in a "first come first serve" fashion. The complexity of the case (e.g. kids vs no kids, lots of assets vs. no assets, etc) is what determines whether a divorce is quick or slow. In general, the more the parties can agree on, the faster the divorce will be.

As for finding your wife, you have to try through friends, family, etc. If you still can't, then you can do something called service by publication. Most people know this as putting ads in the newspaper.

A: File for divorce. Petition the court to allow you to serve her via publication if you cannot locate her. If she doesn't respond, this should expedite the proceedings. The best first step is an Initial Consultation with an Attorney. You can read more about me on my law practice website.
