Q: Cataract surgery was done, paying out of pocket for premium lenses which will allow vision with no glasses. The surgery

was not successful. I will need glasses or contacts to see. Do I have a case?

A: Medical malpractice isn't a bad result--it is bad practice, meaning the doctor did something improper. Hard to tell without looking at the the medical records. Cataract surgery is pretty routine, but no guarantees.Contact a member of CAOC. who handles medical cases--they give free consultations.
