Q: How can I get a bank name off my title for my house? I had a home loan taken out against my house & the bank has closed.
I took out a home equity line of credit with my house as collateral but the bank has since closed no one has ever taken over the loan & the bank name is still on the title as a lienholder. How can this be removed?
