Q: Can 4 1/2 yr olds dad get 50/50 custody after 4 years of not living with us. No agreement was ever established.
He has been with my solely for four years. His dad has not been very helpful with anything in the past other than making his $225 dollar payments on time each month. Now he wants to try to do 50/50, it will be a shocker for my son and not healthy for anyone. I am worried that the new laws support mother father 50/50 and want to know what the chances maybe for him winning. My sons father has seldom picked him up from school, never taken him to an appointment, and has not had him more than 48 hours at at time.
