Q: I'm afraid if I file for workers' comp I might get fired. Can my boss do that?
A: Your employer may have the "power" to fire you but does not have the "right" to fire you if it is because you file for wc. In that instance if you are fired you need to hire an attorney that can assist you with a wrongful termination. Good luck to you.
