Q: What can I do if my ex has kept my child away for three years?

My ex wife has violated our parenting plan by moving and preventing my visitation for the last fourth two months November 5, 2016 . I pay court ordered child support for him also I carry health insurance through my employer for him. I am at the locations for pick up , have sent letters , contacted police etc . I just want to see my son
