Q: Don't know where he is but he wants to call the shots.

Spouse wants to release current tenant is tenant does not comply with his demands and get new tenant without my consent or me being aware. I say fine as long as 50% of the proceeds go to my account. He disagreed. We will be heading to court as soon as I figure out where he is so we can get the divorce process started. How should I handle this matter as I prefer to keep the tenant there? If I say ok to him being "land lord" but a portion goes to his account and mine, he wants to rid the tenant. Is the legal? What is the best approach? If the tenant moves, he will get new tenants without my knowledge as everything will be done via his email, how do I prevent this? What are my options assuming he is a man with scorned pride and an ego?
