Q: What to do when it comes to fraud on checking account? District attorney involved
Someone stole my debit card info and purchased things in a store. The person was arrested and a detective informed me they are pressing charges with my statement. Now they are talking about witness protection and going down to district attorneys office to get my formal statement. This is very scary. Is this normal? I have had fraud on a checking account before and never encountered this. Please help!
