HE'LL ONLY ISSUE A CORRECTIVE DEED IF THE NEW OWNER REQUESTS IT- LAND ACREAGE IN SAN BERN CO. I AM ADJACENT PARCEL -THE MISSING BULK OF PROPERTY LEGAL DESCRP AND IT'S CLAUSES RADICALLY AFFECT MY COMMERCIAL OPERATION. EX, INGRESS & EGRESS. NEW OWNER KNOWS HE HAS A INCOMPLETE DEED. HE WANTS TO IMPEDE MY ACCESS (WHICH IVE ENJOYED FOR 24 YRS) I WANT TO CORRECT THIS HISTORIC CHAIN OF TITLE DEED TO REFLECT CORRECT PUBLIC INFORMATION- ISN'T THERE A LAW ABOUT PUBLIC INFORMATION THAT ASSESSOR IS VIOLATING?
