Q: How do i go about going after my current DCF worker for knowing that her being my worker is a huge conflict of interest?

My current DCF worker was assigned to my case back in the end of October. I am currently fight my moter in court to remove her as a co guardian to my daughter and on sept 22 2016 my daughter was put in dcf custody which my daughter as put in a foster home till November 30 2016. My mother was arrested Sept 13 2016 for beating the crap outta me in front of my 5 yr old son and attacking her ex husband at the same time and currently has a restraining order against her and the judge filed 2 51As on her for doin it in front of my son and for leaving my daughter at her school till she was bailed out of jail between 630/7pm. Now on november 29th she pleaded guilty to both assualt and batteries and the next day dcf gave my daughter back to my mother. I wasnt able to understand any of this until i was informed yesterday that my dcf worker is very close to my mother and her whole family. reunification w my daughter has taken forever and still my worker is making it hard for me now what can i do?

A: You can file a complaint with DCF against the worker, and you can file for modification of child custody orders in Family Law Court. The best first step is an Initial Consultation with an Attorney. You can read more about me on my law practice website.
