Q: My brother has a car accident and he has no insurance and he was badly hurt
Hes unable to give us information about the car accident he has no idea why it happen due to all the trauma and injuries at this moment he cant act on his behalf hes unable to move and still in the hospital . the driver who he crashed with contact a lawfirm and that lawfirm is asking my brother for his insurance policy and at this point is there a gonna be a lawsuit ? Im wondering on what to do

Give them the car insurance information. Remember if your brother is in New York he only has 30 days to apply for no fault benefits to pay his medical bills
