Q: I have full custody of my daughter and my sister is keeping her from me an won't give her back toko she is threating me.

About if I try and grt her she will social services on me which m6 daughter is perfectly fine with me I just want her back and she won't give her back at all? I don't what too do I've contact the police department etc I feel like I'm going in circles!

A: There are various methods available to you. The most formal is to get a court order requiring your sister to return the child. If you have a court order you can give it to the police who will forcibly remove the child if necessary (this approach will likely result in emotional harm). In the alternative you can privately establish an agreement with your sister to slowly re-introduce yourself into the child's life (with the end result that you assume full responsibility over the child). A: If police won't do anything your legal option is to file a court case as soon as possible. If your daughter is school age you can certainly just go pick her up at school. Beyond that you may need to seek assistance of the court to deal with this.
