Hello, My name is David and I'm currently 17 years old. I went to court yesterday for my first speeding ticket and was given a 30 day suspension of my license with driving privileges to and from school. The day before I had court I was stopped for speeding again making this my second offense, and the punishment for the second offense is a mandatory, minimum of 90 Days suspension of my license. I have not gone to court for the second offense yet and also have not yet received a court date. I turn 18 on March 20th and was wondering, if I go to court for the second offense and am given the 90 day suspension before I turn 18, if the 90 day suspension would still stand after my B-day?
