A: Refusing to submit to the breath test results in a automatic suspension and conviction usually leads to a suspension. If you are referring to being required to have a breath test device installed in your car that won't let you start the car if you have been drinking then it would be pretty stupid to require that you have such a device if you aren't licensed to drive in some fashion.
