Q: I need to know what to do in my situation

I worked for a temp company for 85 days (working towards my 90 day hire on) at a sewer company making 20 an hour. Bosses loved me but were not paying the temp agency that was paying me. So 5 days before the sewer company could hire me on the temp company pulled me from working with that company. That company asked me to keep working for them under the table until they could hire me on. Needing the work and wanting to stay with the company I said ok. After that my first paycheck under the table would have been due on payday. Didn't get put on the payroll till the following biweekly paycheck, with the other hours worked. On that check I noticed that they did not pay under the table but charged taxes to all of it. There was 7 hours of overtime as the check was for 87 hours for two weeks but was all paid as normal hours. And to top it off it now read 18 dollars an hour.
