Q: If i don't agree on everything in the divorce papers, do I still have to sign them?

A: As a general rule, no. But there is not enough information contained in your question to be able to provide a better answer. If what you are objecting to is a matter of law required by statute, then maybe not. It all depends on what you are objection is. You can always go to trial if the complaint was properly plead.

A: As the previous answer suggests, you always have the right of refusing to sign and filing a response to the complaint for divorce. In other words, NO, you do not have to agree with whatever the other side put in the papers.

However, that option probably means hiring a lawyer and letting the Judge decide the issue, but again, its impossible to know whether that's a good idea without knowing the specifics of what you disagree with.
