Q: my dog was took to the pound i stayed in contact with them and they still adopted my dog out.is that legal?
my dogs and my car was impounded on febuary 22 and i constantly stayed in contact with the pound on march 8 i called and told them that i would be in on april the 1st to pay for my dogs back. they told me they made note of it and would hold them until then. they lied and adopted out my dogs
