Q: What can you do if the non-custodial parent will not give you the dates in which they want the children for the summer?
The order says they can have the children for 2 weeks in the summer. I have been trying since Feb to get the dates as summer program deadlines are passing by. If I book the children into programs I end up back in court every year for not providing flexibility in the dates.
