Q: what is the proper action when your job fails to pay employees on time,denied breaks, overworked and under paid

prolonged a raise but increased responsibilities that were not agreed on.Showed attributes of hate towards a certain race or employee. I have been working at this place for one year. over that time ive observed certain methods that seemed incorrect or violated the employees rights. during my time there my employer failed to pay us on time delayed checks for more than three days or handed out checks that would bounce if cashed. moved up the latter to morning supervisor. while offered this position i was told that a raise would be given once training was complete. got pushed into this position with out proper training then after several months of working with out actual support proceeded to remind the employer about my raise which they later claimed that it was never agreed on prolonged it for a month then finally recieved it. upon recieving it i was forced to work in uneasy circumstances short staffed and just maid to do the work of pretty much 4 employees with out the chef or proper he
