Q: My husband is being detained by immigration, refusing to let him sign deportation
He has been going through removal proceedings for 7 years and has a hearing set for July 10. He has pending criminal charges from October 2016 and February 2017. He just wants to go back to Mexico sooner than July. 2016 charges felony dealing and February 2017 DUI
