Q: How long can they hold someone in jail that has not been charged?

My husband was arrested in Jan. this year and he is still sitting in Elbert County jail.

They have only did a bond hearing and they keep resetting the court date due to the officer.

The 1st. court date, the officer didn't have all the paperwork filed and the 2nd. court he ask the court to reschedule and now the 3rd. court date is set for March 31
