Q: would it be punishable to kill a person you have already been punished for killing even if they were alive
say a person fakes there murder causeing a person to go to jail for their murder and they go through their full sentence, after that person is released from jail after there time is up if they were to murder the person they went to jail for murdering in the first place can they be charged again or would they have to be let off for free due to already having been charged
Based off a movie and was curious as to if they would be punished in real life or if they would get off free
