Q: Can my ex boyfriend 16 year old daughter come live with me due to drugs in home?
I live in Ohio and my ex boyfriends daughter moved in with us when she was 12. There is residential custody witch he has. I am named in the papers as able to make decisions. Father and mother are back together and using drugs in home. She called me crying wanting me to come get her. I told her I can't but I will see what I can do. Can I take this to court and get emergency custody?
