Q: My mother passed away in 2009 with no willIm her only child, she married twice now second husband is deceased. What r

submitted a affidavit of heirsship in 2012 stating his rights and mine. Also I located a deed of sale in 2005 that my mom signed. Do I have rights now that he recently passed in January 2017 to my moms home that she owned with her first husband. The stepchildren tried to sell the home and the title company contacted me to say Im the owner which I wasnt aware of the house be on the market. Im so confused.
