Q: If a warrant served after accident only listed 'blood', is a forced urine sample inadmissible since urine wasn't listed?
A: Depends what you mean by "forced" urine sample. If they got a cup and you filled it without them doing the tarantella on your bladder, then it's not forced. But if it's serious enough for a warrant it's serious enough for you to get a hold of a minnesota criminal lawyer. If there are warrants it is not d.i.y. time
