Q: I received a ticket in March for speeding, 70 in a 55. And I just received another one today, but it wasn't my fault?
What can I do to get one thrown out? And how can not get them to appear on my insurance? The ticket I got today was not my fault. I had my car on cruise control & as I was coming around and down (hill) curve, I tried slowing it down, but it just started going faster. How can I get this thrown out? Please help!
A: Speeding is not an intent crime so 'fault' is irrelevant. Just hire a local traffic attorney and watch your speed in the future.
