Q: I recieved a mistemenor complaint in the mail for Pc 594 (b) (2) (a) but I live in another county and wasn't even there
A family member on my husband's side is saying I damaged her laptop but I live in a different county and haven't heard from her in forever. And the day this allegedly happen I was 2 hours away in my County! I have receipts and pictures with the location and date to prove I wasn't there. Will this be enough to get dismissed
P.s I don't have any prior convictions
