H1B Transfer:-

I am working for Employer A for More than one Year and I have no Bond with my Employer. Employer A is a small Consultancy Who Hold 30 to 40 Employees over all.

Right now I got an Opportunity for a full time role Employer B. Employer B is a MNC.

I want to know In Trumps Administration after April 3 No Premium Processing will Happen In current situation Changing employer is a Better Decision to take.

Because its like my dream job which I got.

I want to know the risk Factors.

And let me know the Process of steps Employer B will take To transfer the visa what are all the steps he will take. [ I Like to know How the H1B Transfer Process Works first they will file LCA then Transfer form like that etc.]

What will be right time to resign from Employer A. I am currently in Project for Employer A. Current situation we don’t have premium processing so not sure when the receipt number will get?

So Please Kindly Advice.

A: This will require a paid in person consultation with an experienced immigration attorney. Immigration is a very complex and technical area of law. With ICE seemingly everywhere (they can monitor this website) it would be wise to privately have an in person consultation with an immigration attorney in private where you are protected by attorney-client privilege which does not exist on the Internet. You need to retain an immigration attorney to handle all immigration proceedings. This prevents errors that can sometimes prove costly and may even be irreversible. You should always seek to obtain the best attorney that you can afford and not let geographic restrictions stand in the way. Some immigration attorneys will charge a consultation fee, however those that do so, will give full credit if you retain their law firm. Do not let geographic restrictions prevent you from obtaining the best possible attorney. Good luck.
