Need: Granting monetary sanctions as a part of a motion to disqualify counsel. 5 days before the hearing counsel is substituted leaving the motion to disqualify moot but the sanctions portion is still at issue. Expert witness was hired and other expenses were involved. Attorney concealed information from the court and had a conflict of interest. Looking for best statutory authority.
